Vintage National Airlines Sterling Silver Service Pin & Cloth Patch

I Have for sale this old National Airlines Sterling Silver service pin and cloth patch. The pin is marked "Sterling" and the cloth patch measures almost 2 inches across. It has been used and is a little dirty. The US half Dollar is in the picture to show scale and it is not included.
