For sale is one (1)
Apple  iPod Mini floor display. Featuring three 12 x 12 inch cardboard cubes, stacked together advertising the iPod Mini in all five colors. This display is from the "Apple Store" within the CompUSA chain of stores, before Apple opened  actual Apple Stores.
Announced in 2004, the original iPod Mini came in five colors, Gold, Green, Pink, Silver and Blue. This display is advertising the original iPod Mini, not the second generation Mini as gold was discontinued for the second generation. Also in the second generation the word "Menu" and  icons around the wheel were the same color as the body of the iPod (green, blue, silver and pink). Boxes each stack and stack together with Velcro tape patches on the top and bottom.
It is a rare piece since most retail displays do not make it into the hands of the public, most are trashed  when taken out of use.
This display is made of  cardboard
, with seams taped together with double sided tape. For shipping purposes this display has been flattened as shown in the bottom photos. We have used a blade to separate the tape from the cardboard, this has left some rough edges, but all rough edges are on the inside, which will not show when reassembled with  new double stick tape by the buyer.
This retail display is in previously owned condition, used in the Apple Section of a CompUSA store around 2004. It has some ware to the corners and spots/marks from normal use in a retail environment. As mentioned each of the three boxes have been flattened at the seam, leaving some rough edges on the inside of each box.

There are a few marks on some of the cubes. boxes have been flattened for shipping and will need to be reassembled buy buyer. Some ware to the corners show from normal retail use. Flattening the boxes have created additional rough edges that shouldn't show when reassembled with double sided tape.
