    What Happens After Payment?
    After we have received your payment, please allow
    2-3 business days
    for your item to be palletized and prepared for shipping. Once your item is ready, we will schedule the freight company to make pickup. As soon as your item has been shipped, we will mark it on eBay as "Shipped" and we will upload a tracking number for the freight carrier as well so you can track the shipment.

    Your item will be put on a pallet, wrapped with bubble wrap and shrink wrap and secured to a pallet with metal banding material. If you need freight insurance, please request this, as it's not included in your quoted price. Thanks!
    How long will it take to receive my item?
    Transit times vary.
    We are located on the East Coast so shipments going out West may take a week to arrive once it has shipped from our warehouse in Georgia. If you need the equipment by a certain date, please contact us and we'll be happy to see what it would cost to get your freight Expedited with a Guaranteed Delivery Date. This option costs extra, but it's there is you decide you need to.
    What if my item is damaged?

    don't panic!
    This doesn't happen very often. 100% of the items we ship are shipped with Freight Insurance. This protects both the Buyer and the Seller. We just ask that you please do not open an eBay Case before contacting us first. Just contact us and we will immediately file a claim with the freight carrier and start the claims process.
