Prior to paying for your item, use the "request total" button when you are finished with your purchases to combine shipping. Invoices are sent to the email address associated with your eBay account. Rails-to-Trails does not refund free shipping fees.

Returns:
All items sold as is with no returns in order to keep prices as low as possible. Returns are only permitted if Rails-to-Trails has made an error in the description. Items must be in the original sealed condition to be returnable. If there is an error on our part, Rails-to-Trails will gladly refund your full purchase price, plus, we will pay for return shipping. Most items are inspected or tested in order to eliminate defective returns.
Free Local Pickup:
The auction terms include free local pick up. The buyer pays for any additional shipping fees and can contract with an excellent local shipping service to have the item professionally packed and transported to another location if desired.
USA Shipping:
All items are shipped from the USA within one or two days of receiving payment - Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Tracking numbers are always provided. All items are shipped in a secure packaging for the best possible protection. Rails-to-Trails reserves the right to ship using the courier of our choice: UPS, FED-EX, OR USPS or to change the listed courier and method to expedite shipment. Rails-to-Trails is committed to fast delivery times and fair shipping and handling charges.
International Shipping:
Rails-to-Trails ships using the eBay Global shipping program. Import duties, taxes, and eBay Global shipping charges are not included in the item price or the listed shipping fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the eBay Global shipping program and your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

The bicycle and/or components will require assembly and adjustments by a professional mechanic prior to use. Components or parts on used bicycles may or may not be stock specifications. Pedals and accessories may or may not be included. The buyer understands that cycling is hazardous and recognizes that there are certain inherent risks associated with driving or riding a bicycle. Once purchased, the buyer assumes full responsibility for personal injury to themselves or any other individual using the bicycle or components purchased from Rails-to-Trails on eBay. Furthermore, the buyer releases and discharges Rails-to-Trails and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders and owners for any injury, loss or damage arising out of the use of the bicycle or components. The buyer agrees to indemnify and defend Rails-to-Trails and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders and owners against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from the use of the bicycle or components purchased from Rails-to-Trails. This agreement includes, but is not limited to, claims based on: negligence; defects in the design, manufacture, adjustment, maintenance or inspection of the bicycle and/or components.
