This is a used Original One Piece TRUNK EDGE INNER TRIM for Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT / Step Nose GTV models. It has some scratches and a couple of dings that are hard to capture in photos. There are also some stians and slight deterioration under them. I am not sure if these can be sanded and polished away.
It is as pictured, look closely at photos for details.
