  • Condition: Offering TWO (2) Nice USED, WORKING SHEAFFER C1950s STRATOWRITER BALLPOINTS which have been RETROFITTED to USE CURRENT SHEAFFER BALLPOINT REFILLS without changing the original aesthetic design of these Vintage c1950s SHEAFFER Ballpoints. The Canadian Black/Gold Trim has visible scratch on Cap Band. The USA Red/Silver Trim has several scratches on the Barrel which we have not attempted to buff out.     2 SHEAFFER STRATOWRITER BALLPOINTS c1950s that have been Modified to accept Current SHEAFFER REFILLS
    .  Threaded Caps function smoothly. Both Clips are tight. Current SHEAFFER Working Refills are Included. Each measures approximately 5  1/4 inches Capped.    Black/Gold Trim is made in Canada. The  FINELINE Red /Chrome Trim is USA Made & has the SHEAFFER "bump" at the Top of the Clip to identify the writing unit, at a touch, as a ballpoint. The old bulky, dry refills from the 1950s have been replaced with "Widgits" & "Doobers" that allow the Vintage Ballpoints to accept CURRENT SHEAFFER REFILLS without disturbing the pen's original vintage design of the 1950s.
